Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be partnering with a prominent professional services firm in their search for a Tenders Assistant to join their dynamic and collaborative team. Based in Scotland and reporting to the Tenders Manager, this role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose tender opportunities to the Tenders Qualifications Group
  • Participate in tender meetings, liaising with colleagues across different disciplines within the business
  • Be responsible for CV management and keeping databases/records up to date
  • With strong attention to detail, ensure document formatting and branding is consistent
  • General administrative duties, including monitoring the tenders inbox and presentation preparation
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of physical tender documentation, including all aspects of printing, binding, and courier coordination, when applicable
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate the setup of new client numbers or contract extensions


What we’re looking for:

  • Proficient in IT, especially Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with the tenders and bids procurement process is beneficial, though not mandatory as training will be provided
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn and develop professionally
  • Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload efficiently, and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
