Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / CILEX

Location: Cheshire (multiple office locations available) with hybrid arrangement

Salary: Up to £50,000

Role Summary:

Join a high-performing residential property team where you’ll work in a close-knit pod, supported by your own dedicated assistant, a trainee fee earner/paralegal, and specialist teams handling title checks, compliance, post-completion, and enquiries. This structure frees you to focus on progressing transactions smoothly and delivering excellent client service. The role is office-based to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing, with potential flexibility in the future.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential property files, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases — ensuring smooth completion for clients

• Handle some new-build transactions, applying attention to detail to protect client interests

• Leverage the support of specialist teams covering Enquiries, Compliance, Title-Checking, and Post-Completion, AND your own assistant to keep transactions moving efficiently

• Contribute to the team’s continued growth and maintain high service standards


Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX

• Confident handling residential sales and purchases, including leasehold, freehold, and new-build transactions

• Comfortable working within a collaborative, pod-based structure with strong specialist support functions

• Focused on professional development and contributing to a growing, reputable team
