Salary: Competitive

Contract: 6-12 Month FTC, possible extension | Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Dalkia UK is looking for a proactive and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team at Hunterston B. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of key projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across the station.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and managing projects from initiation through to completion
• Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and RAMS
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Managing project risk and providing assurance throughout delivery
• Identifying and managing changes to scope, timelines, or budget

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a fully qualified Project Supervisor with a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, ready to take ownership of high-profile energy infrastructure projects.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role (Project Supervisor or Project Engineer)
• Industry experience in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering projects
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial project drivers
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
