Building/FM Surveyor | Client-Side | Leisure & Hospitality

£50 – 65k

I’m working with a well-funded, growing business in the UK leisure and entertainment sector. With 30+ sites nationwide, including premium venues and a flagship destination combining hotel, casino, F&B, retail, and cinema, they’re investing heavily in their estate — and now looking to strengthen their property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Building or FM Surveyor to join a small, dynamic client-side team, taking ownership of planned maintenance, compliance, and minor capital works across a varied, operational portfolio.
