User Researcher - (GDS experience required)

Hybrid - 3 days per week in Manchester

£500pd inside IR35 max rate

Initial 8 months

2 roles available

User Researcher required to join a cross-functional team delivering user-centred services in line with Government Digital Service standards.

Essential Skills:

• Hands-on experience conducting user research in line with GDS principles
• Skilled in qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys)
• Able to turn user insights into actionable recommendations
• Comfortable working in agile teams and supporting the development of accessible, user-focused services
