Location: Kent (Projects across London & South East)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Package

Company: Fit Out / Refurbishment Main Contractor

Project Values: £5m – £30m

Reports to: Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor renowned for delivering high-end commercial and hospitality projects. You’ll work on prestigious fit out and refurbishment schemes ranging from £5m to £20m, gaining exposure to landmark projects while being part of a high-performing commercial team.

This is the ideal opportunity for a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor seeking to take ownership of exciting projects, support career progression, and play a key role in a market-leading contractor.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assistant a Senior Quantity Surveyor on live projects ranging from £5m to £20m

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in fit out, new build or refurbishment projects (ideally £5m–£20m)
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts and commercial best practice
• Background in commercial, office, hotel, education or leisure schemes preferred
• Excellent negotiation, reporting, and leadership skills
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
