Development Team Lead – .NET Core / Azure

Hybrid | Near Newport Pagnell, l North Buckinghamshire

What you will be doing


Leading and mentoring a small development team


Writing and reviewing code across .NET Core, Web API and SQL


Working with Product, DevOps and QA to plan and deliver projects


Improving CI/CD pipelines, coding standards, tooling and secure development practices


Managing incident handling, root cause analysis and documentation


Collaborating with offshore developers to maintain consistent quality

C#, .NET Core, MVC, Web API


Azure


SQL Server, Entity Framework


React/Angular exposure useful but not essential


Infrastructure as Code, DevOps and CI/CD


You will thrive in this role if you:


Have 5+ years’ .NET experience including technical leadership


Enjoy balancing hands-on coding with leading a team


Build strong team relationships and communicate clearly

The practical details:


Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in the office (rural location, car required)


Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
