You will:

• Lead and advise on strategic technology, outsourcing, and SaaS/cloud contracts from negotiation to completion.
• Build trusted relationships with clients across regulated and unregulated sectors.
• Deliver complex, high-value transactions and mentor junior lawyers.
• Contribute to thought leadership and business development initiatives.

About you:

• Qualified lawyer/solicitor with 3+PQE in commercial and technology law.
• Proven experience in IT outsourcing, SaaS/cloud, licensing, or infrastructure agreements.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to lead complex deals.
• Skilled in managing multiple workstreams while maintaining precision.
