Joining our Rod and Bar Mill Team as a Process Specialist, your day will be varied and exciting. One day you will be analysing data, and the next you’ll be out on plant working with our Production and Engineering teams. You will be responsible for identifying and standardizing process improvements, solving problems on the plant, and ensuring that all teams follow the process.


Ideally, you will have experience working in a Rod and Bar Mill, an understanding of rolling mill operations, and a degree in a STEM related field. However, what is most important to us is that you’re hands on, motivated to solve problems and take pride in carrying out high quality and consistent work.
