Quantity Surveyor – Super-Prime Contractor (Central London)

With over 15 years of success in the sector, the company is expanding its team and seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to work on a high-end schemes valued at £5 million.

Role Overview:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial and contractual management of this prestigious projects, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. You will work closely with the Project Director, subcontractors, and clients to maintain the highest standards expected in the super-prime sector.

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee the commercial management of a super-prime residential schemes (£5m).

•Manage procurement, tendering, and subcontractor packages.

•Prepare cost reports, valuations, and variations.

•Monitor project budgets, identifying risks and cost-saving opportunities.

•Ensure compliance with contracts and legal obligations.

•Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to maintain project standards.

•Support the Project Director in commercial decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:

•Experience: 5+ years in quantity surveying, ideally within the super-prime or luxury residential sector.

•Qualifications: Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

•Skills: Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple packages.

•Software: Proficiency in cost management software and Excel.

•Attitude: A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for delivering high-end projects.
