We’re working with a strategic and purpose-led organisation to find an experienced Head of Planning & Performance to lead their business planning and performance reporting processes. In this key role, you’ll work with senior leaders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives, robust risk oversight, and meaningful decision-making through clear and insightful data.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing the corporate planning cycle, ensuring delivery against strategic goals
  • Developing and tracking KPIs across multiple functions
  • Producing performance reports for board-level committees
  • Supporting financial planning and integration with annual budgets
  • Leading on corporate risk reporting and ensuring mitigation actions are followed
  • Acting as a key advisor to senior stakeholders on planning, performance and risk
  • Promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, or performance reporting in a complex organisation
  • Strong analytical, data interpretation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident presenting to executive and governance-level stakeholders
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of governance, corporate risk, or project management frameworks
  • Charity or healthcare sector experience
