With traction across the UK and plans to expand into international wellness and performance markets, their mobile, data platform and wearables are already empowering teams with real-time analytics, data-driven insights, and operational efficiency. Now poised for scale, they’re looking for a Head of Product to lead this next chapter of growth.


About the Role

The Head of Product will take full ownership of the Product roadmap, uniting strategy, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to evolve the platform and deepen impact.


Role Highlights

  • Reporting to the MD and Chairman of the PE
  • Lead and shape a Product function from the ground up
  • Drive end-to-end product development across a modular tech stack
  • Translate user needs into strategic platform evolution
  • Collaborate with outsourced engineering teams to ship scalable features
  • Embed product thinking across leadership, commercial, and delivery teams


You Will Need

  • Proven experience in Health, fitness, wellbeing or similar environments
  • Technical fluency and ability to engage confidently with developers and delivery partners
  • Strategic mindset with commercial instincts and long-term vision
  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, particularly in sensitive, data-heavy sectors
  • Background in Engineering, Developer, Programmer, Data analytics, Computer Science or Product and Data engineering who has then moved into Product Leadership
  • Experience in managing Technology, Data, Design and Product is advantageous, but not needed.
