Social Value Lead | £30,000 - £40,000 | London | Main Contractor | (12 month FTC with potential to go permanent)

Social Value can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people.

For some, it’s a tick-box exercise for tenders.

For others, it’s about actually making a difference.

We’re looking for someone who gets that.

Someone who’s just as comfortable chatting to a local headteacher about careers workshops as they are talking TOMs metrics with a client.

Someone who doesn’t just want to “deliver a plan” but wants to own it, from the first idea through to showing the impact it’s had in the real world.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the creation and delivery of Social Value Plans
• Getting involved in everything from volunteering days to employability programmes to local school outreach.
• Building relationships with community groups, councils, and clients, and keeping those relationships alive.
• Using data and reporting tools
• Working alongside a passionate Head of New Business & Social Value
