Estimator – Up to £80k + Package – Gloucester

Walker & Sloan are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a market-leading construction business delivering exceptional projects across the South West and Midlands. This is your chance to be part of a winning pre-construction team with a reputation for accuracy, competitiveness, and quality.

The role:

• Analyse tender documentation and compile detailed cost estimates
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and subcontractors
• Evaluate quotes and ensure cost-effective solutions
• Maintain accurate pricing databases
• Present estimates to senior management and clients

You’ll need:

• Proven experience in construction estimating (main contracting)
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Familiarity with estimating software (e.g. ConQuest, Causeway)
• Strong commercial awareness and market knowledge
