About You:
- Significant, demonstrable experience in a dedicated ED&I role.
- Proven ability to lead ED&I programmes at organisational level, not just as part of wider HR responsibilities.
- Strong influencing skills with the confidence to challenge constructively.
- Skilled in analysing data and using insights to shape ED&I strategies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to engage audiences from the boardroom to the front line.
- Passionate about creating environments where diversity is celebrated and inclusion is the norm.

If you’re an ED&I specialist looking for a role where your expertise will be valued and your impact will be felt, we’d love to hear from you.
