Banking & Finance Lawyer (UK Real Estate & Renewables)

• Location: UK-based (occasional travel to Bristol required)
• Office: Flexible office attendance makes this role suitable for candidates based in London or across the UK
• Contract: 3-6 months (with potential to extend)
• Day Rate: £900- £1,000 (depending on experience)
• Start: ASAP
• Requirements: Qualified solicitor in England and Wales

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer with 2–8 years’ PQE to join them on an exciting project.

They're particularly interested in candidates with specific experience in UK Real Estate Finance and UK Renewable Energy Project Finance. You’ll be working closely with top-tier Partners on high-profile, complex transactions in these growing sectors.

Requirements:

✅ 2–8 years’ PQE in Banking & Finance

✅ Demonstrable experience in UK Real Estate Finance

✅ Exposure to UK Renewable Energy Project Finance

✅ Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
