Job description

Real Estate Finance and/or loans lawyers with good understanding of syndicated lending and LMA documentation please get in touch for a great 12 month contract with a leading financial services client. Offering 9-5 working arrangements, flexible with in office days and a competitive daily rate. This is for a September/October 2025 start.

Key skills required:

• Qualified real estate banking or finance lawyer
• Experience in syndicated/club lending and LMA documentation
• Strong understanding of real estate lending, loan/security documentation
• General lending experience
• In house experience a plus
