We are seeking an inspirational operations leader to join the UK Safety Division Leadership Team, driving operational excellence across production, supply chain, and logistics. This is a high-impact, senior role with responsibility for leading a team of c.200 people, optimising performance, and delivering exceptional safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading UK production and operations functions, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
• Developing and delivering business plans aligned with global supply chain strategy.
• Championing safety, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
• Managing operational budgets, resources, and CAPEX.
• Driving cost excellence, LEAN initiatives, and operational innovation.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven senior leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
• Skilled at influencing, motivating, and inspiring cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Degree or MBA in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
