Technology/Outsourcing Lawyer 2+ To £££
Rare opening in this highly regarded team for an ambitious technology/outsourcing lawyer to work on a varied caseload including IT and BPO outsourcings, IT transformation, digital, data protection and complex commercial contracts across a range of sectors. Clients include major global technology and digital companies, global technology suppliers, retailers and media organisations, insurers and broker clients and start-ups across all sectors. You will be leading and supporting on commercial contracts, outsourcing and core technology contracts (such as cloud computing, systems development/integration and digital transformation), with a particular focus in retail & consumer, business support services and fintech sectors. Any experience of supply of goods and/or services (B2B and B2C), agency, distribution, joint ventures and collaboration agreements, payment service agreements, data protection and AI would be beneficial.
