Urban Designer - Newport

Salary: £27K-£34K DOE | Hybrid working after 3 months | Generous holiday | CPD & Chartership support

Konker is recruiting for an Urban Designer to join one of South Wales' leading RIBA practices in their Newport office.

You'll be part of a 7-strong Urban Design team within a thriving 35-person Newport studio, backed by a 120+ team across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on masterplans and placeplans, shaping the future of towns and villages across Wales.

We're looking for someone with a good foundation of industry experience, ready to take the next step in their career. Confidence using Vectorworks, Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp is ideal, though training will be provided for the right person.

This practice is known for its supportive, collaborative culture and a track record of developing talent—previous hires have gone on to lead projects within just a few years.
