Join a top-ranked Infrastructure, Projects & Energy team advising public and private sector clients on complex energy, utilities, social infrastructure, and transport projects. You’ll work on market-leading transactions, act for high-profile clients, and play a central role in developing junior talent and driving business growth.

You will:

  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for infrastructure and public services
  • Advise on all stages of energy, utilities, transport, and social infrastructure projects
  • Manage transactions, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development
  • Represent clients including National Grid, Shell, Department for Transport, NHS Trusts, and local authorities


About you:

  • Qualified solicitor with 4+PQE in infrastructure, energy, or transport (or broader commercial contracts)
  • Strong drafting skills and ability to manage complex, multi-party transactions
  • Client-facing, commercially astute, and confident in business development
  • Passion for infrastructure sectors and ability to mentor junior colleagues
