We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Moves & Changes (MAC) Coordinator to join our workplace operations team in London.

As a MAC Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless office moves, optimised space usage, and accurate workplace data across our UK portfolio.

From coordinating relocations to contributing to minor works projects and CAD planning, your role will be vital to our operational success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all UK office move and change requests, including out-of-hours planning where required
  • Liaise with Workplace and Portering teams to deliver smooth and professional relocations
  • Oversee minor works projects up to £50,000 – including quotations, purchase orders, and subcontractor oversight
  • Maintain occupancy data and ensure floor plans are accurately updated using the Manhattan system and AutoCAD
  • Support wider facilities and space planning initiatives across UK and international locations
  • Act as the central point of contact for all occupancy and MAC-related queries
  • Track and report on move progress, project updates, and KPIs


About You

  • Experience coordinating office moves and workplace transitions within a fast-paced FM or corporate environment
  • Highly organised and detail-focused, with strong prioritisation skills under pressure
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable with a positive, professional attitude
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience using Manhattan (or similar desk booking/space management systems) and CAD is highly desirable
