£75,000 – £85,000 + Package

We’re representing a long-established high end residential contractor delivering super prime projects up to £15m in the heart of London.

They have an exceptional reputation for creating luxury single dwellings, penthouses, and complex refurbishments with meticulous attention to detail. Their pipeline is strong, with multiple projects running at any given time.

This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled commercial team where you’ll have the chance to:

• Take ownership of prestigious projects from start to finish
• Work alongside other experienced QS’s, Senior QS’s, and a Commercial Director
• Play a role in developing and mentoring junior team members
• Enjoy a clear progression route within a business that promotes from within

The role:

• Office and site-based (Central London)
• Managing multiple projects ranging from £3m to £15m
• Cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and final accounts
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers and Directors

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in high-end residential construction (super prime ideal)
• Strong commercial management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Confident communicator and team player
