Private Funds Associate – 1 to 4 PQE in London Area

Join one of London’s most respected Private Funds practices, working closely with Partners on high-profile mandates for major private equity, private debt, venture capital, infrastructure, and real estate clients. You’ll gain direct client exposure, take real responsibility from day one, and benefit from an exceptional training culture.

The Opportunity

• Act as lead Associate on day-to-day and ad hoc workstreams for one of the practice’s biggest clients.
• Advise on private funds matters, including regulatory, multi-jurisdictional, and transaction-related work.
• Work directly with client Legal, Compliance, Governance, Tax, Finance, and Operations teams, managing inbound requests.
• Coordinate with overseas counsel and internal teams to ensure client priorities are met.
• Support M&A, secondaries, and other transactions involving the client’s funds.

What We’re Looking For

• Up to 4 years’ PQE from a leading institutional private funds practice or in-house at a private capital manager.
• Strong experience in private debt (ideal), private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, or real assets.
• Confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills and a client-first mindset.
• A genuine commitment to developing your professional and legal skills.
