Job description

We’re representing a leading Finance practice seeking a talented Associate to join their Restructuring & Insolvency team. This is a confidential search for a high-calibre lawyer to work on complex, often cross-border matters for a diverse, global client base.


The opportunity

You’ll advise credit funds, sponsors, special situations funds, financial institutions, corporate borrowers, boards of directors and insolvency practitioners. The role offers partner access, client responsibility, and exposure to high-profile mandates from day one.


What you’ll do

  • Advise on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters.
  • Work closely with partners on strategic, technical, and procedural aspects.
  • Manage your own matters with supervision as needed.
  • Coordinate with clients and counsel in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support business development and client relationship initiatives.


What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years’ PQE in restructuring and insolvency from a leading firm.
  • Strong academics and technical skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ideally cross-border experience.
  • Ability to manage relationships and deliver precise, high-quality advice.
