Corporate Associate (3–6 PQE)

National Law Firm – Recognised in The Legal 500

London | Hybrid Working

We’re looking for an ambitious Corporate Associate to join our growing, partner-led team. You’ll work directly on lower mid-market (£10m–£100m) transactions with financial institutions, high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, private investors, and start-ups.

What you’ll do:

• Run your own deals from start to finish
• Draft and negotiate SPAs/APAs, disclosure letters, and ancillary documents
• Manage due diligence and completion processes
• Build lasting client relationships and support business development

What we’re looking for:

• 3–6 PQE in Corporate law (other levels considered)
• Strong M&A experience (share & asset deals)
• Confident, commercially minded, and client-focused
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
