Conveyancer / Greater Manchester / £46,000

Are you a conveyancing professional who prefers quality work over high-volume targets?

This role offers the chance to manage a manageable caseload of residential property matters, covering freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, with the option to expand into new build and shared ownership (experience in these areas is welcome but not essential).

You’ll be part of a well-established department that’s split into smaller, close-knit teams – giving you the support, camaraderie, and personal feel of a boutique firm, while benefiting from the resources of a larger practice.
