• SSSTS / SMSTS preferred
• Knowledge of RAMS, CDM, and site H&S compliance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Must be eligible to work in the UK

About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to join a growing team in the North West. This is a key role overseeing the delivery of security projects from start to finish - managing engineers, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships.

You'll take ownership of the project lifecycle, from planning and resourcing through to final commissioning and handover. It's a hands-on position suited to someone with a background in security or M&E, who's confident leading teams, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring smooth delivery on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise project teams (direct and subcontract labour)
• Plan and coordinate site activity to align with project timelines
• Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout
• Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and labour planning
• Monitor performance and drive improvements using KPIs and best practices
• Ensure all RAMS, CDM, and Health & Safety standards are met
• Deliver full project documentation and commissioning on completion
• Support recruitment and development of engineering teams
