Our client is looking for a Resident Services Assistant to join the onsite team and deliver exceptional service to a large, diverse resident community. This hands-on visible role acts as the friendly first point of contact while supporting smooth daily operations.
You will manage resident enquiries, coordinate maintenance requests, support events, and help maintain a safe welcoming environment. No 2 days are the same, and you will play a key role in fostering a positive atmosphere that residents appreciate.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the delivery of day-to-day resident services across a large residential building
- Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Support the coordination of maintenance and repair requests to keep the building running smoothly
- Help maintain health and safety standards through regular inspections and reporting
- Support community engagement through assisting with resident events and communications
- Work closely with onsite teams and external contractors to enhance the resident experience
Your Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within BTR, PBSA or Hotel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of health and safety compliance and property operations
- Ability to work well as part of a team and support others when needed
- Comfortable using property management or customer service software systems
- A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering great service
