Job description
My client is a small and friendly food production business based in March. They are looking for a Trading Coordinator to provide administrative support to their Trade team. Main duties include:
- Liaising with yard team on loading and grading requirements
- Printing all documents required for the yard and office
- Liaising with hauliers to ensure efficient collection and deliveries
- Keeping accurate results of all grading and deliveries
- Managing the trading sheet administration system
Key requirements for the role include:
- Experience of produce industry, preferably fresh
- Excellent admin skills
- IT skills – Sage and Excel
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Able to understand the dynamics of the produce sectors
- Able to work in a small team and be very hands on
This role is based full time in the March based office.
