Customer Service Operations Supervisor -
Global Luxury Fine Jewellery House - London
12 month Fixed Term Contract
About:
To efficiently and effectively manage Customer Service Operations activities related to the servicing of luxury brand products by ensuring:
- Repairs are received, collected, transferred from/to the right locations on a daily basis
- Flows in SAP are managed accordingly
- Rotate within the Operations department of the service centre (operations hands-on activities, spare parts management, post room)
Responsibilities:
- Operations - to include management of all watches and fine jewellery repairs, to all locations. Push the repair through the flow in SAP accordingly.
- Checking of Export documents (i.e. Created Transfer sheet shows all listed items correctly, created CS Shipping Invoice shows HS codes are present etc)
- Post Room general activities, record tracking details accurately to ensure security procedures are followed.
- Creation of shipping labels (using SAP system, MyDHL, Temis City Service – training provided)
- Processing Repair flows inbound & outbound via SAP & their relevant repair flows
- Supply and Matching, manage the reception of the spare parts
- Support to replenish kit boxes (place order & fill boxes with consumable parts)
Qualities:
- Reliable, efficient & organized with good time management, ‘Can-do’ positive approach
- Work efficiently in fast paced environment, great team spirit, client focused mentality
- Able to work independently & take personal ownership under pressure & to deadlines
- Able to handle multiple flows with various complexities, able to solve issues independently
- Computer Literate, SAP experience a benefit, Excel, Outlook, MS office, Teams
- Confident with systems, excellent attention to detail & problem solving
- Customer service / Logistics / Administrative / Operations / Warehouse / Post Room / Supply & Matching related experience, desired.
