Compliance Officer

Location - UK, Remote

Full time, Permanent

My client, a licensed UK gambling operator, is looking for a sharp, proactive, and knowledgeable Compliance Officer to join a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance, including UKGC Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP), AML/CTF rules, and GDPR.

Help maintain and update policies and procedures

Contribute to regulatory submissions and assist with communications to the UKGC.

Provide compliance support and guidance across teams, including product and customer service.

Stay informed of regulatory updates and make recommendations as to potential improvements.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a compliance role within the UK gambling industry

Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.

ICA, CAMS, or other relevant qualifications are a strong advantage.
