Debt Capital Markets Associate (1–4 PQE) – London

We’re supporting a leading US law firm with the hire of an Associate into its debt capital markets team in London. The practice is busy, well-integrated, and works with a broad range of major financial institutions, corporates, and investors on complex cross-border transactions.

The team advises on a wide variety of debt instruments, from established structures through to more innovative financing solutions, often involving multi-jurisdictional execution. You’ll work alongside senior lawyers with deep market experience, gaining exposure to premium matters and benefiting from a supportive environment with a clear path for progression.

The firm has a strong reputation in capital markets work, and this position offers the chance to develop technical skills while working on high-value mandates for a truly global client base.

What they’re looking for:

• 1-4 PQE with experience in debt capital markets
• Interest in working with a diverse mix of international clients and deal types
• Strong technical skills with a commercial, solutions-focused approach

Salary: £185,000 – £240,000 + bonus
