Agricultural Liaison Officer - Land Management Expert

Location: Newark

Contract Type: Permanent

Our client, a leading property advisory and management firm, is seeking an experienced Agricultural Liaison Officer to join their team and manage land access for contractors across various property market sectors.

Position Overview

As the Agricultural Liaison Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for landowners and occupiers, ensuring contractors adhere to land regulations and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders on land-related matters
• Ensure contractors comply with pre-entry notice provisions
• Conduct pre and post-entry land condition assessments
• Address landowner requests and provide timely follow-up
• Communicate accommodation works, construction matters, and project requirements to landowners
• Collaborate closely with the wider project team

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Land/Agricultural Liaison role (advantageous)
• Up-to-date knowledge of Agricultural and Rural affairs
• Understanding of land drainage matters (beneficial)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (beneficial)
• Full UK Driving License
