We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner – Employee Relations & Employment Law (UK & Europe)

Location: Harrow

Full-Time | Permanent

What you’ll do: Lead on complex employee relations cases

Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation

Support integration of newly acquired companies

Champion a positive and inclusive company culture

Advise on Irish/European employment law (bonus!)

What we’re looking for: ✅ Proven HRBP/ER experience

✅ Strong UK employment law knowledge

✅ Experience in cultural integration and change

✅ Collaborative, empathetic, and solutions-focused
