The Role

We are seeking a creative and highly organised Formal Menswear Designer to support our team in the development and execution of our menswear collection. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of product areas including shirts, tailoring, outerwear and smart casualwear.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and product development for our men’s seasonal collections across casualwear, shirting, outerwear and tailoring in conjunction with the Head of Design.
• Conduct research into garment design, fabrics, trims, and seasonal trends to support range planning.
• Perform regular competitor analysis and contribute innovative ideas for new designs.
• Create CADs and detailed design packs for seasonal developments.
• Maintain visual range plans for internal and 3rd party clients.
• Attend fit sessions and actions changes in conjunction with technical team to further product refinement.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments in a professional, timely and courteous manner.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Candidates should have a degree in fashion or textile design, and ideally 3 years' experience in formal/smart menswear, a strong commercial and creative portfolio, and advanced skills in CAD and Adobe software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and enthusiastic, with a collaborative mindset
