Graphic Designer in United Kingdom

ZOEVA Cosmetics are seeking a creative graphic designer to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the product marketing manager and working closely with our CRM and social teams you will be responsible for creating digital and offline assets. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of digital and print design, animation along with great typography skills. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator software is a must. We’re looking for a team player with creative flair, who loves collaborative working and a tight deadline!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Digital design: digital assets for websites, emails, digital ads and social channels
• Print design: flyers, packaging, direct mail, events etc.
• Ensure all creative is on brand and adheres to brand guidelines. You will also work with key stake holders to evole brand guidelines over time
• Develop a pipeline of diverse and engaging content to support a rigorous test and learn approach to performance marketing
• Work with the Product Marketing Manager to provide input on branded shoots ensure raw content covers the creative needs of the business
• Work with senior stakeholders and 3rd party agencies to optimise file management, colour grading and creative sign off
• Analyse competitor creative and regularly report on insights / trends
• Actively embrace additional outputs when required in line with general business objectives

Skills / Qualifications:

• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro or similar software
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• A confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and strong team building skills.
• Excellent knowledge and strong understanding of the digital landscape and trends.
• Good and confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple departments.
