Associate Director – Building Surveying | Manchester

We’re working with a respected, independent firm of Chartered Surveyors with over 30 years at the forefront of the built environment. Known for their technical expertise and involvement in high-profile schemes, they’ve played a vital role in some of the UK’s most ambitious developments, and now they’re growing their team in Manchester.

They’re looking for an Associate Director – Building Surveying to lead complex commercial and residential instructions, mentor junior colleagues, and help deliver technical excellence across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing contract administration across diverse development projects
• Leading due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys for developers and investors
• Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors as the team expands
• Managing project monitoring of live developments throughout the region
• Advising landlords and tenants on dilapidations matters.

What We’re Looking For

• MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor
• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong background in technical due diligence and development monitoring
• Confident leading instructions and maintaining client relationships.
