Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about live music?

I am looking for an Agent's Assistant to support a music agent and join a dynamic team, supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy music agency representing incredible talent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and wants to be at the heart of the live music scene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain artist schedules with meticulous attention to detail
  • Answer calls and handle communications on behalf of the Agent
  • Manage the Agent's diary and calendar
  • Update and maintain artist assets, press kits, and riders
  • Attend London-based shows to support artists and the team
  • Liaise with management to chase invoices, track show payments, and follow up on deposits
  • Coordinate meetings and schedules for artists
  • Organise UK Certificates of Sponsorship and global visas where required
  • Produce contracts for confirmed shows
  • Collate ticket sales information and share with relevant parties
  • Oversee tour artwork and announcements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, artists, venues, and promoters

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as a music agent assistant is a must
  • Solid understanding of the music industry and touring logistics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, professional, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
