The ideal candidate will have:

• MRICS qualified with RICS Registered Valuer status
• Strong Red Book valuation experience for secured lending
• Confident in report writing, analysis, and client communication
• Commercially aware with solid knowledge of the Midlands property market
• Full UK driving licence

The role:

You’ll be responsible for carrying out site inspections, reviewing occupational leases, analysing data, and producing high-quality Red Book valuation reports. This is a role where attention to detail and local market insight make the difference.
