Lead Estimator

At BakerHicks, our projects shape the future from critical infrastructure to advanced life sciences facilities. We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to help us deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions for some of the UK’s most challenging and rewarding projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop Engineering & Construction cost estimates across all project stages.

• Apply field experience and constructability expertise to conceptual estimates.

• Maintain estimating databases, benchmarks, and templates.

• Work closely with contractors, clients, and multi-disciplinary project teams.

What you Bring:

• Strong understanding of EPCM environments and regulated sectors.

• Chartered or degree-qualified in a construction/engineering discipline.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

• Willingness to travel and spend time on site as required.
