Conveyancing Locum – Sheffield

Location: Sheffield

Duration: Up to 2 months

£40 – £45 per hour

Start: ASAP

CRA Consulting are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Locum to join a reputable regional practice in Sheffield. This is a great opportunity to step into a busy, supportive team and hit the ground running.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a varied caseload from start to finish
• Handling residential sales, purchases, leasehold & freehold matters, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders & solicitors
• Conducting title checks, drafting contracts & ensuring compliance

✅ Strong organisational skills & ability to manage deadlines

✅ Confident communicator who can work independently

✅ Available to start immediately
