Job description

Talent Partner, Financial Services

Start Date: ASAP

Location: London (Hybrid)

Qurated is a rapidly scaling challenger consultancy and executive search firm working with industry-leading clients across Financial Services and Legal Services. Through our Adaptive Teams model, we help businesses access the skills they need, when they need them - building and deploying elite teams of specialists into business-critical projects.

As a Talent Partner in our Financial Services practice, you’ll play a key role in making that happen. You’ll be focused on technical delivery - finding, engaging and securing exceptional talent, ensuring every hire contributes to meaningful, measurable outcomes. While your initial focus will be on one of our most active clients, your remit can broaden across the practice as you grow in the role.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who knows how to identify and engage with elite tech talent, enjoys being hands-on in fast-paced, high-bar settings and wants to be part of building something exceptional.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading on delivery across high-priority technical roles within key FS clients, owning the candidate process from sourcing through to offer.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with candidates, acting as a credible representative of both Qurated and our clients.
  • Engaging with and expanding our network of expert talent working across hands-on senior ICs to strategic leadership.
  • Translating hiring briefs into sourcing strategies and using sound judgement to assess technical fit and alignment.
  • Proactively developing and maintaining pipelines of talent to support live projects, upcoming demand and future bid opportunities.
  • Managing all core candidate processes, sourcing, outreach, screening, coordination and feedback, with precision and pace.
  • Feeding back market insight and commercial information to the wider business to help shape client planning, bids, and go-to-market strategy.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience as a Talent Partner or embedded recruiter within a fast-moving, quality-focused environment.
  • Comfortable hiring across a wide range of technical roles - ideally across engineering or architecture.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to assessing profiles, mapping markets, and managing processes.
  • Confident in managing delivery at pace, juggling multiple roles and timelines while maintaining high standards.
  • Confident communicator — clear, concise, and able to build rapport quickly with high-calibre candidates
  • A proactive mindset - someone who takes ownership, sees blockers early, and keeps things moving.

What we offer:

  • Competitive base salary and bonus
  • 26 days’ holiday + bank holidays
  • Vitality healthcare, enhanced mental health support, and half-price gym
  • Life assurance (2x salary) and People’s Pension Scheme
  • Regular team incentives and social events
  • Long-term progression in an ambitious business that’s scaling fast
