Corporate Lawyers – Associate, Senior Associate & Director

Leeds | Hybrid Working | Manageable Hours Target | High Bonus Potential

Join one of the North’s largest and most successful Corporate teams, fresh from a record-breaking year. You’ll work on headline-making transactions for national and international clients from complex M&A and private equity to IPOs and public takeovers advising private equity sponsors, listed companies and UHNW family offices across the globe.

We’re looking for:

You might be an ambitious Associate ready to take the next step, a Senior Associate seeking a clear route to progression, or an established Director looking for a new challenge in a thriving team. What matters most is your ability to deliver exceptional client service, handle complex transactions, and contribute to the continued success of the practice:

• 2+ years PQE through to Director level
• Proven experience in M&A, private equity, capital markets or similar corporate work
• The confidence to lead on transactions and manage client relationships effectively
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail
• The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing, supportive environment.
