We offer a variety of sales and services to client airlines, as well as managing a fleet of freighter aircraft on a network of scheduled routes and charters throughout the world.

The Role

The Operations Assistant is a junior, entry level role which forms a part of the Network Airline Management Operations Team, and supports the duty Operations Officers with administrative tasks, basic data management and other office based duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the Operations Department;
• Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate departments;
• Answering and filing emails;
• Performing basic data entry;
• Updating contact lists and maintaining departmental spreadsheets;
• Accurately complete company flight logs and post-flight data;
• Other reasonable work-related requests as directed by the Line Manager

Your Profile

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexible and resilient in a dynamic environment
• Must be legally eligible to live and have unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom
• Must live locally or be able to commute as the role is office based
• Available for 37.5 hours per week with flexibility for shift work (12 hour day and night shifts)
