A well-regarded local legal practice is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy, friendly, and collaborative team. Role overview:

The successful candidate will manage a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload, supported by paralegals and administrators, delivering professional, responsive service to clients while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Review contracts, raise and respond to enquiries, and manage completions
• Draft SDLTs, Transfers, and other legal documentation
• Order searches and mortgage statements, reporting to clients
• Handle gifts, ID checks, source of funds, and mortgage reporting
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and estate agents
• Maintain efficient file management and support risk assessments

Candidate profile:

• Qualified or non-qualified candidates (CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or training through the firm possible)
• Ideally around 2 PQE, but motivated candidates with relevant experience considered
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communicator, client-focused, and collaborative
