About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruiter to join our Manchester Team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone to start their career in recruitment, giving you exposure to a wide variety of roles, clients, and sourcing strategies. We’re open to applicants from all backgrounds, including those with experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality who are eager to learn and build a career in talent acquisition
You’ll work closely with experienced Talent Sourcing Partners, learning directly from senior experts in the field while developing the core skills needed to succeed in recruitment. From candidate engagement to CV preparation, market mapping, and interview coordination, you’ll get hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Support senior Talent Sourcing Partners in sourcing candidates across multiple disciplines, including Underwriting, Claims, Change & Transformation, Operations, Finance, Technology, HR, and more.
- Learn how to use LinkedIn, job boards, and our systems to find and engage top talent.
- Act as a first point of contact for candidates, supporting them through the recruitment process and ensuring an excellent experience.
- Assist with interview scheduling, feedback coordination, and CV formatting.
- Build strong candidate relationships while maintaining accurate records and data integrity.
- Support wider projects such as talent pooling, referrals, and market mapping.
