Corporate Tax Lawyer in City of London

Job description

LAW Absolute has partnered with a leading international law firm whose market-leading, full-service tax team recognised for delivering commercially focused advice across the full spectrum of corporate and real estate transactions, seeks an experienced corporate tax lawyer to join them asap on a contract for 12 months.

You’ll be working on a broad mix of stand-alone advisory and transactional matters, including:

• Domestic and international real estate tax
• M&A and corporate reorganisations
• Financing structures
• Employee incentives (experience in this area is advantageous but not essential)

You will have at least 4+ PQE with proven expertise in the tax aspects of corporate transactions. This role offers you the chance to play a key role in high-value, complex deals, while building your own practice and client profile.
