Derivatives/DCM Associate 1–4PQE – US Law Firm in City of London

Job description

This US firm is seeking a 1–4 PQE associate to join its London-based Derivatives and Debt Capital Markets team. The team advises on a range of capital markets transactions, including bond issuances, hybrid capital instruments, liability management transactions, equity-linked products, high-yield offerings, and restructurings. The team is small and collaborative, offering close partner contact and early responsibility.

Work includes advising on both issuer and underwriter-side mandates across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Recent matters have involved syndicated revolving credit facilities, debt restructurings, and SEC-registered offerings. The team also acts on regulatory capital instruments and complex cross-border transactions.
