As the support partner to the Management team, you will play a key role in maximising sales and driving store profitability while ensuring full compliance with operational standards, policies, and procedures.
You will champion exceptional customer experiences, consistently exceeding expectations through outstanding service.
In this role, you will support all aspects of the stores operations and take full ownership of delivering results with precision, attention to detail, and a focus on excellence
Your primary focuses will be to:
Lead and guide the team to ensure customer service remains the top priority, setting benchmark standards for the luxury retail sector.
Anticipate and respond to client needs, consistently exceeding expectations.
Deliver engaging and confident brand storytelling to enhance client connection.
Leverage support materials and identify commercial opportunities through marketing and promotions.
Maintain expert, up-to-date knowledge of the full product range to provide informed and personalised service.
Inspire and lead the sales team to exceed targets through coaching, performance management, and a positive, results-driven culture.
Drive clienteling strategies to attract high-value clients, retain loyal customers, and maximise lifetime value through personalised service and relationship building.
Oversee daily store operations with full key holder responsibilities, ensuring smooth workflows, compliance, and high operational standards in the absence of management.
Optimise business performance by analysing sales trends, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Maintain brand excellence through consistent visual merchandising, stock management, and exceptional service standards.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with other locations and support teams to align on business goals and operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security procedures while promoting a safe and professional workplace.
Contribute to special projects and business initiatives to support long-term strategic objectives.
